Sabrina quite literally saved our wedding. We had hired another wedding planner who was unable to perform, and Sabrina came in on 9 weeks’ notice and was able to pull everything off without a hitch. She’s unbelievably easy to work with, exceedingly nice, and very detail oriented. Sabrina is also highly responsive and well respected in the industry, which made last minute planning that would not have otherwise been possible appear seamless to my (now) wife and me. During a very stressful period, Sabrina was able to take the pressure off of us so we could enjoy our wedding planning, again. I could not provide a more glowing recommendation for a wedding planner, and would highly recommend Sabrina for any and all event planning.

I couldn’t help but post this wonderful recommendation from Carole, a mother of the groom that I had the pleasure to work with last year. Carole sent this note to a bride who recently contacted me inquiring about wedding planning services.
“We leave today to attend the birth of our third grandchild, but I wanted to quickly respond, as Sabrina would do! I can tell you resoundingly, Sabrina was simply the best. Responsive, expedient, responsible, executed as we discussed, had lovely visions, pretty and beautiful spirit, jumps right in and gets to know the family, and on and on. By the time our son and his fiancee married, Sabrina made me feel like she had become a fast friend! The wedding was at the Hotel Del Coronado last September. Our daughter-in-law had worked with someone who was recommended to her, but the wedding was not coming together well. So, I asked if she’d like me to help out since she worked full time. The Hotel Del Coronado gave me a recommended vendor list and Sabrina was on it. I called all of them, and Sabrina was first to return my call. She immediately made me feel like we could still pull off the wedding with only three months left to go! She listened, and executed above and beyond all expectations. She would e-mail, text or call and keep my daughter-in-law and myself in the loop at all times.
I just can’t recommend her enough. She made the wedding come together as if it had been planned for a year. An exceptional woman, and wedding coordinator! You will love her, too.
Hope that helps you. Have a spectacular wedding!”
Thank you, Carole 🙂 And congratulations on the birth of your adorable grandson, Casen Gregory!

I knew Sabrina was the perfect match the minute I met her. I think the same name is what initially prompted me to contact her, and I am so thankful that I did. Not only is she extremely professional, but she is so amazingly sweet, organized, chic, and above all – she makes her couples feel comfortable (this is key when planning such a big event).
The biggest trait you’ll see in Sabrina is her sense of calmness, which I think is pretty amazing considering her line of work. She never lost her cool, she had a great way of giving her input and offering amazing suggestions in a way that didn’t seem pushy, but rather eye-opening.
My husband and I were pretty much on our own with the wedding planning and all the decision making that went with it, but meeting with Sabrina made the process smooth and easy going. No doubt, I still stressed my butt off – mainly just working so much and not having family or friends around, but always keeping close ties with Sabrina via e-mail, texts & phone calls made it SO much helpful and easier, especially for a 300+ wedding like mine. I would highly highly recommend her. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Zack’s mother, Carole and I worked together on the beautiful rehearsal dinner at Fox Sports Grill. I also designed a cute dessert table with a beach theme.
Carole thanked me immensely for my assistance on the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Here’s her card before the fun wedding weekend:
And here’s her thank you a few days after the wedding weekend that she posted on Facebook:
It was a privilege being part of Hope and Zack’s celebration, another wonderful couple who tied the knot at the legendary Hotel Del Coronado in sunny San Diego! Their official thank you will follow soon.
Sabrina is AMAZING!
She created a stunning caramel apple station for my autumn themed wedding. I was so impressed by her creativity and attention to detail – down to the color of apples and font of the labels. She is a pleasure to work with and I regret not hiring her as my wedding coordinator. Sabrina is simply the BEST!!! 🙂
La Dolce Idea’s creation of an apple station was a popular and gorgeous feature at my daughter’s wedding reception! Sabrina exceeded the bride’s vision of a “Sweet Autumn” treat for everyone to enjoy and remember! She planned and executed with perfection every detail to enhance the couple’s wedding style. Her exquisite display offered a variety of apples dipped in caramel or chocolate with a choice of scrumptious toppings selected by the bride and groom. It was amazing!
